Your Role

Reporting to the National Sea Logistics Operational Care Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that our internal customers’ experience is a positive one each and every time they engage with the Operational Care Center.

Your Responsibilities

• You will keep files related to all sea import and export shipments you are responsible for.
• Collaborate with Kuehne Nagel employees in our more than 1,300 offices globally.
• You will always challenge status quo when it comes to process improvement and cost control.
• Process all files within given Service level agreements while following all Kuehne Nagel policy and procedures.
• Oversee Kuehne Nagel's latest technology for Sea Logistics operations.
• Oversee communications platforms for Sea Logistics operations.
• You will ensure that all files are processed within Kuehne Nagel's set standards.

Your Skills and Experiences

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• You will have the ability to work in the office 5 days per week.
• A desire to work in a modern, collaborative environment where teamwork is important to your everyday success.
• 10% domestic travel
